Company profile
SYSTEAM sells a wide range of branded products from the IT sector (complete computers, notebooks, components, motherboards, memory, etc.). However, the focus is on the printer sector, where we have specialized through the constantly growing selection of well-known printer manufacturers and are now one of the leading providers of printer distribution.
The range extends not only to the devices themselves, but also to a wide range of accessories and consumables including spare parts. SYSTEAM has constantly expanded its product range over the last few years, with emphasis on continuity in order to avoid frequent product changes as far as possible. In order to strengthen our excellent reputation in terms of availability, we invest above average in our inventory. This is why SYSTEAM is very often named number 1 in German distribution in dealer surveys! Around 12,000 items are continuously kept in stock for our over 5,000 customers and more than 2,000 spare parts are located in a total of 16,500 m² of storage space - over 10,000 more are available at short notice.

History
Founding of SYSTEAM Gesellschaft für Computersysteme GmbH
Michael Mitlacher, an enthusiastic IT pioneer, founded our company in the mid-80s as an engineering company together with friends who were former students at the technical college. At that time, they developed not only CAD plans but also, for example, a very precise temperature measuring device for local breweries. However, we only rented the garage that is obligatory for our industry later!
