Application documents

It is important to us to process your application as quickly and effectively as possible.

Your complete application documents should include:

  • Application letter
  • Complete, tabular CV
  • Copies of all relevant certificates
  • Copies of all relevant employment references
  • Assessments, internships, training

Application process

This is what happens after you submit your application:

1. Application receipt

Once we have received your application documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

2. Examination of documents

We will carefully review your documents. A decision as to who will be invited to an interview will be made after three to four weeks.

3. Job interview

We get to know each other personally in an interview. The interviews usually take place with the department head and the HR department.

4. Decision

After the interview, we will let you know our decision as soon as possible. If we accept you, we will inform you by phone and we would be delighted if you would also like to become part of the SysTEAM!
